Our management

TTEP is managed by a four‑member management team, reflecting the partnership and ensuring balanced leadership.
Peter Černák
Group CEO 
Peter Černák is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TTEP. He joined the EPH Group in 2013, initially working in infrastructure in Slovakia and later playing an important role in the groups expansion into Western European markets, namely Italy, France, and the Netherlands. Peter holds a master’s degree and a CEMS MIM diploma from the Prague University of Economics and Business, as well as an MSc in Finance and Investments from Rotterdam School of Management.
Thibault Hautier
Group CFO
Thibault Hautier is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TTEP. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at TotalEnergies, most recently as General Manager Structured Finance & Credit within Trading Gas, LNG & Power. Earlier in his career, he held a range of strategic and financial positions across the group, including VP Strategy, Advocacy & Market Intelligence, as well as roles in M&A, corporate finance, treasury, and financial reporting. Thibault holds a degree in Business Engineering from UCLouvain and brings deep expertise in finance, strategy, and complex energy markets.
Pietro Benedetto
COO
Pietro Benedetto is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of TTEP. Previously, he served as COO at Gazel Energie, where he held the same role with responsibility for day-to-day operations. He has extensive experience in operations, transformation, and scaling organizational processes. Pietro has an academic background in engineering and advanced management, including executive education in general management.
Jakub Pivoluska
CSO
Jakub Pivoluska is Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of TTEP. He joined EPH in 2016 and has since held various roles across M&A, development, controlling and other strategic and operational areas. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at EP Commodities AG, the commodity trading platform of EPH. Jakub holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics (LSE) and a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
